Sync Vehicle Statuses with Active Contracts
What this does:
- Checks all vehicles in the system
- Sets vehicles to "Rented" if they have active contracts or active clients assigned
- Sets vehicles to "Available" if they're marked as Rented but have no active contract or client
- Fixes any inconsistencies between vehicle status and actual assignments
